WHEREAS, Nationwide, students are responding enthusiastically to learning through the use of aviation and space technology; and

WHEREAS, The South Dakota Space Day conference is South Dakota's premier event for students and educators to gain new ideas and exchange information on aviation, space education, mathematics, science, and technology education.
