A DDN videoconference was held on Nov. 13, 2001 between SDSM&T, SDSU, Augustana College, and USD (USGS EROS Data Center was not present at this meeting).  A goal of the meeting was to help improve collaboration on research projects between Space Grant universities and the EROS Data Center.  The topic for this first of a planned bi-monthly series of videoconferences was Biocomplexity and the Carbon Cycle.  After a brief welcome and introduction on the purpose of the videoconferences by Dr. Sherry Farwell of SDSM&T, short presentations were given by the following individuals:
