Dr. Mikhail Foygel's March 2002 trip to the Army Research Lab, Aberdeen Proving Ground:

During this trip, I visited the Army Research Lab at the Aberdeen Proving Ground concerning my future research grant with them. I gave them a talk on my research activity in the area of nanotechnology. This work has been done in cooperation with Dr. Robin D. Morris, USRA/RIACS, NASA Ames Research Center, MS 269-2, Moffett Field, CA, tel: (650)604-0158, e-mail:rdm@email.arc.nasa.gov. I continue to cooperate with him on my current grant with the Army.
